SERVICES: REPORTS

Most work is done on an hourly basis, with uniform rates throughout the territory. Some remote areas such as the Florida Keys and the Outer Banks of North Carolina require a surcharge. Normal time service is 30 days.  Special trips are available on request.

Choose from two types of reports, depending on your needs:

FORM/NARRATIVE COMBINATION
Forms for specified coverages, plus a detailed narrative outlining exposures and controls. Hourly only.

SHORT FORM
Forms and a brief narrative for the specified coverages requested. This type of report is limited to single structures/locations up to 2,000 square feet in size. Available reports are Fire, OL&T and Multi-Peril. Supplements for Restaurants and Swimming Pools can be added for an additional charge.

NOTE
Additional services include photos, diagrams and ITV's (Building Valuations).  ITV's can be provided for any of the above reports using the Marshall & Swift automated system.

As part of our personalized service, your specific company requirements are provided to the field representatives with every request.  In addition, all completed reports are reviewed in-house by an experienced loss control professional prior to being returned to you.

We can develop specific forms to meet your particular needs or use your existing company forms. We are equally flexible regarding any attachments you may want to include with your requests.
